Joshua is a solicitor after having worked with us for several months as a Law Clerk. He graduated from Australian Catholic University (ACU) in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and thrives in managing challenging and complex legal issues.
Joshua works with our team across all our disciplines, including Family Law, Criminal Law and Traffic Law. Throughout his time working with us as a law clerk, he had gained immeasurable experience appearing in Court, communicating with Police and other authorities, drafting legal documents and conducting detailed legal research. He has a particular interest in gaining further advocacy experience across all jurisdictions, including the Local and District Courts, and the Family Court. He approaches every case with attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to clear and effective communication.
