Hannah is a solicitor at James and Jaramillo Lawyers, practising in the areas of criminal, traffic and family law. Hannah was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a solicitor in 2022 and initially began her legal career practising in Wollongong, NSW, before making the move to Sydney in 2024.
Hannah regularly appears in the Local and District Courts of NSW, and has experience instructing Counsel in serious criminal matters, having done so in trials in both Wollongong and Sydney. Hannah also has experience in interstate criminal matters, appearing in the Magistrates and District Courts in Queensland, and in the Magistrates and County Courts of Victoria.
For family law matters, Hannah aims to achieve a resolution that ensures clients can be kept out of litigation, and she regularly assists clients in mediations with that aim. However, she understands that this is not always possible, and in those cases, she appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Hannah is dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcome for her clients, while delivering legal advice in a way that is considered, compassionate, and recognises that for many people, engaging with the legal system, whether in relation to criminal law or family law matters, will be one of the most difficult times of their lives.
